Positive Energy International, Inc. is not affiliated with or endorsed by Step Up For Students, the Florida Department of Education, or any other government agency. Accreditation from ParentApproved.org is a voluntary recognition and does not constitute licensure, state approval, or automatic eligibility for public funds, reimbursements, or scholarships. All accreditation decisions are based on independent evaluation criteria published by our organization.

Any use of our accreditation materials (including badges or banners) is subject to our branding guidelines and may be revoked if misused or misrepresented. Programs affiliated with our organization will be held to the same or higher standards as external applicants to ensure fairness and credibility.

Confidentiality & Use of Application Materials:

By submitting this application, you agree that the information provided may be reviewed by the ParentApproved.org team for the purposes of determining eligibility, awarding accreditation, and developing your provider profile.

Select responses (such as program descriptions, activity highlights, or photos) may be summarized and featured on your public provider listing page. You will have the opportunity to review and request edits to your profile before it is published.

ParentApproved.org will not share personal or sensitive information (such as staff background checks, contact details, or internal documents) with any third party. We will never sell, trade, or distribute your data.

Revocation of Accreditation Badges or Safety Banners:

ParentApproved.org reserves the right to suspend or revoke any accreditation badge or safety banner if a provider is found to be noncompliant with the eligibility criteria, fails to pass required audits, or misrepresents their practices.

If a badge or banner is revoked:

• ParentApproved.org will issue an updated version reflecting the provider’s current status.

• The provider agrees to immediately remove any outdated or misleading version from all physical locations, websites, promotional materials, and communications.

• Failure to remove or update a revoked badge or banner may constitute misrepresentation, and in some cases, fraudulent use of certification, which could lead to legal action.

We reserve the right to notify parents and/or update public listings if a provider is no longer in good standing with ParentApproved.org.

Governing Law:
